Both fold the bottom flaps and tape-seal the base automatically, so the only manual step is loading flat cartons into the magazine. Neither needs an operator standing over it once it's running.

Which One Fits Your Line

If you're running one carton size all day, the 20TX is the simpler, lower-cost machine and there's no reason to pay for changeover speed you won't use. If your product range spans multiple box sizes, or you're feeding this into a sealer and conveyor downstream, the 25TB's one-click size change and higher throughput earn their place.
