The 2020L is a semi-automatic turntable pallet wrapper with a powered pre-stretch system that stretches 1 m of film to 3.3 m — a 3.3:1 ratio that significantly reduces film consumption per pallet without compromising load containment. Four programmable wrap cycles, variable film and carriage speed, and an electronic eye sensor for automatic pallet height detection make it adaptable to different load types and pallet heights.

The turntable runs at up to 12 rpm and carries pallets up to 1,200 kg on a 1.68 m diameter platform. Soft start and stop protect the load during the wrap cycle. German Sprecher inverters drive both the turntable and film carriage. Automatic film cutter at the end of each cycle. Runs on standard single-phase 240V.
