Why parts availability matters more in WA

This is the thing WA operators care about and most suppliers gloss over. A machine is only as good as how fast you can get it running again. If your supplier orders parts from overseas when something fails, you are looking at weeks of downtime, and in WA that is compounded by freight distance.

We hold common wear parts in Melbourne and dispatch same day. Belts, blades, sensors, tape heads. It is not the same as having a warehouse in Perth, and we are not going to pretend it is, but it beats waiting on a container.
