101A Automatic Strapping Machine

The 101A is a fully automatic strapping machine suited to medium-to-high volume packing lines handling PP strap widths from 9mm to 15mm. Once the load is positioned, the machine tensions, seals, and cuts automatically at up to 30 cycles per minute.

A reinforced tightening structure delivers stronger tension force for heavy cartons and dense loads. The hot-adhering seal positions at the bottom of the strap, and the machine supports both parallel strapping and foot switch or ball switch activation for flexible workflow integration. The top cover panel opens for easy access, reducing maintenance downtime.

The 101A handles loads up to 750mm wide and 500mm tall with unlimited length — suited to a broad range of carton and bundle sizes. For portable handheld applications, see our strapping tools.
