A Fully Guarded Wrapping Station

Introducing the 2000 Series Safety Fencing System, a purpose-built guarding solution for your pallet wrapping machine. Designed to enclose the wrap cycle safely without getting in the way of your team, it pairs with the 2000B, 2000K, and 2000F turntable wrappers to turn any wrapping station into a fully compliant, fenced work cell.

Built Around Your Site, Not the Other Way Around

No two warehouses are laid out the same, so the fence isn't either. Every panel run is custom-built to your footprint, with entry and access points positioned to match how your team actually moves around the wrapper. A light barrier at the entry point keeps the wrap cycle from starting while someone's inside, and a safety-interlocked door gives staff controlled rear or side access without shutting the whole line down to get it.

The control panel sits outside the fence, so operators keep full access to start, stop, and adjust the wrap cycle without ever needing to step inside the guarded zone.

Compliance Without Slowing You Down

A fenced cell shouldn't mean a slower cell. The 2000 Series Safety Fencing System is built to keep your wrap cycle running at full speed while meeting site safety and compliance requirements — sensor-protected optional side and rear doors mean extra access points don't come at the cost of extra risk, and the standard 2m fence height is sized to guard the cycle without eating into floor space you need for pallet flow.

Which Wrapper Suits Your Fenced Installation

2000B (semi-automatic): Operator enters through the safety gate, applies the film, and steps out while the wrap cycle runs. Re-enter once wrapping is complete to cut the film and apply film to the next pallet.

2000K (semi-automatic, auto cut): Operator enters through the safety gate to apply the film. The 2000K cuts the film automatically at the end of the cycle. Operator re-enters to apply film to the next pallet.

2000F (fully automatic-recommended): Start the wrapper from outside the fence with a remote. The 2000F applies and cuts the film completely automatically, with no operator entry required the best fit for a fully fenced installation.
