The 2300B is a rotary arm stretch wrapper — the arm revolves around a stationary pallet rather than rotating the pallet on a turntable. This makes it the right choice for heavy, unstable, or awkward loads where movement during wrapping would cause product shift or toppling.
The arm runs at 15rpm and wraps to a height of 2.4m, covering standard pallet heights with clearance to spare. Maximum load diameter is 2m and load capacity is 1,500kg. Film connecting and cutting are fully automatic, reducing operator involvement to load positioning and cycle start.
For comparison: turntable wrappers like the 20TX suit stable, lighter pallets and higher throughput lines. Rotary arm suits heavy or fragile loads where the pallet must stay still. For continuous automated lines, see the 2000D inline wrapper.
