25TB Carton Erector

The 25TB is a fully automatic carton erector with one-click size changeover — the key difference from fixed-size machines like the 20TX. It handles carton sizes from L260–480 × W160–380 × H160–380 mm, switching between dimensions in seconds without tools.

Speed is up to 30 cartons per minute — more than double the 20TX. It runs free-standing or fully inline on a conveyor, making it the right choice for higher-volume operations where the carton erector feeds into a sealer and wrapper downstream. The tape head handles both Kraft and BOPP tape in 48–72 mm widths.

Runs on single-phase 220V with 87 PSI air. Machine weight 1,000 kg. Backed by a 12-month parts and labour warranty.
