A3F Semi-Automatic Strapping Machine

The A3F is a compact semi-automatic strapping machine suited to light-to-medium volume operations that need consistent, reliable strapping without a fully automated system. The operator positions the strap around the load and feeds it into the machine; the A3F then tensions, seals, and cuts in under 3 seconds per strap.

With an adjustable working height of 750–920mm and a compact footprint (L842 × W526 × H740mm), the A3F fits into tight packing areas and handles PP strap widths from 5mm to 15mm. It runs on standard single-phase power and features an easy-load spool system. Suited to operations running approximately 100–500 straps per shift on cartons, bundles, or smaller loads.
