The Q31-19 is the heavy-duty variant of the Q31, built for 16–19 mm PET or PP strap. Wider strap means higher tension capacity — max tension is 3,000 N (5,500 N direct at the tension wheel) — making it suited to dense or heavy cartons, steel-strapped bundles, and timber that demand more bite than a standard 16 mm tool can deliver.

Operation is the same as the Q31: single button press tensions, welds, and cuts. Two 18V / 5.0 Ah lithium batteries and a charger are included. Up to 700 cycles per charge, ~90-minute recharge. Body weight is 3.45 kg — the same as the Q31 despite the higher tension output.
