The S31-25 is the heaviest-duty tool in Emmoco’s handheld strapping range, designed for 19–25 mm PET or PP strap. It produces up to 7,000 N of direct tension at the tension wheel — suited to heavy timber, steel coil, structural bundles, and dense industrial pallets where narrower strap won’t hold.

Like the S31, it offers three operating modes (fully automatic, semi-automatic, manual) and an LCD display for tension and settings. Welding time is 1.1–1.4 seconds. Two batteries and a charger are included; 700 cycles per charge, ~90-minute recharge. Body weight is 3.55 kg — the same as the S31 despite handling strap almost twice the width.
