The 600SA is a double chamber vacuum sealer — two pouches are loaded simultaneously and sealed in a single cycle, making it the highest-throughput option in Emmoco’s vacuum range. With a vacuum capacity of 63 m³/h and a cycle time of 20–40 seconds, it suits production lines where volume matters.

Four 600 × 10 mm seal bars handle wide or doubled-up pouches in one pass. The automatic swing arm keeps the lid movement consistent and reduces operator fatigue. Stainless steel construction with integrated mobility wheels means it can move around the facility when needed.

Applications include food processing, medical device packaging, and industrial hardware kitting — any application requiring a reliable vacuum seal on composite or aluminium foil film. Note the 600SA requires a 3-phase 380V power supply; for single-phase sites see the DQ500S or ZS420.
