The DQ500S is a floor-standing vacuum sealer for single-phase sites that need more capacity than a benchtop unit. Two 500 × 8 mm seal bars let it handle larger or wider pouches, and the 25–50 second cycle suits applications where load size varies.

The transparent lid gives full visibility of the vacuum draw. An optional gas-filling function supports modified atmosphere packaging (MAP), displacing oxygen with nitrogen or CO₂ to extend shelf life for fresh food products. Heavy-duty wheels make it easy to reposition on the floor without disassembly.

The DQ500S sits between the benchtop ZS420 and the high-throughput dual-chamber 600SA. It runs on standard single-phase 220V — no 3-phase supply required.
