The ZS420 is a compact tabletop vacuum sealer for low-to-medium volume sealing on a single-phase power supply. At 500 × 530 × 490 mm and 60 kg, it fits on a bench or packing table and can be relocated without a forklift.

It seals pouches up to 420 mm wide using a single 420 × 8 mm seal bar. Cycle time is 15–40 seconds adjustable. The transparent lid lets operators watch the vacuum draw in real time, which helps when sealing fragile or irregular product shapes. An optional gas-filling function allows modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) — useful for fresh food applications where residual oxygen needs to be displaced with nitrogen or CO₂.
